Cocoplum Red Tip
The evergreen Red Tip Cocoplum is one of the most popular and attractive tropical landscape plants. It is extremely drought tolerant and easy to grow. Red Tip Cocoplum blooms repeatedly and will grow up to 10-20 feet. It is easy to trim and shape making it ideal for hedge rows, backdrop and boundary plantings. Locate in full sun to very light shade. The purple cocoplums are about the size of a golf ball and edible. They are often used to make jellies or jams.
