Ashoka Tree (Saraca Asoca) is an evergreen tree with deep green leaves. It is known for its majestic tallness, it grows to over 30 feet tall in a narrow columnar shape. It can be planted in a small garden where there is not much space and one still wants to plant a tree. Great as privacy and noise screen, in narrow beds near garden walls, or as a hedge tree when trimmed. The bark of Ashoka Tree is used for its medicinal value.
